  • Chin Ups – you often see these done from the top of a doorway. Hold onto something higher than you that’s secure, then pull yourself up till your chin comes over the top (like you are trying to look over the top)
  • Press ups – making sure you go down as far as you can before coming back up. The further you go down the better and you will find this will increase with practice and as your muscles strengthen.
